Your Minecraft username and UUID
Your IP address (used for security and ban enforcement)
Gameplay data including playtime, chat logs, transaction history and server activity
Punishment history where applicable

When you make a purchase:

Your Minecraft username and transaction details processed through our payment provider
We do not store credit card or payment details on our servers

2. How We Use Your Information

To operate and maintain the server and associated services
To enforce our rules and community guidelines
To process store purchases and deliver in-game perks
To respond to support requests and appeals
To investigate reports and moderation issues

3. Data Retention

Server logs and chat logs are retained for moderation and security purposes. Punishment records are retained indefinitely for ban enforcement. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us, subject to any legal requirements that require us to retain it.
